Guidelines for Booking ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Rec Time Space
To ensure fair and organized access to ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Rec Time, please review the following guidelines:
- Advance booking required: All space requests must be submitted at least one month in advance.
- UPEI student access only: ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Rec Time is reserved exclusively for UPEI full-time students.
- Eligible groups: Bookings must be made by recognized campus groups such as the Business Society, Residence Life, AVC and Engineering student groups, Campus Life programs, ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Union clubs and similar student-led organizations.
- Fair use guidelines: No group may monopolize space or booking times. If your group is seeking additional time beyond what’s available through ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Rec, you may contact Stephanie Knickle, Manager of Campus and Community Recreation at sknickle@upei.ca to rent facility space.
- Note for varsity teams and clubs: Varsity sport teams and clubs are not eligible to book ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Rec Time, as they already have designated facility access.
